About this project
A complete fashion storefront (Vellum) built with plain PHP 8 and vanilla JavaScript - no framework, no database, no Composer packages and no build step. Shoppers can browse by category, collection, gender and sale, filter by size, colour, price and stock, sort, paginate and search. Product pages have colour variants, per-size stock with low-stock warnings, a size-guide dialog and JSON-LD; the slide-out bag shows free-shipping progress and accepts promo codes, with standard or express shipping. Checkout validates every field and reserves stock under a file lock so the last unit cannot be sold twice, then shows an order timeline that can be tracked by order number and email. There is a wishlist, a journal of style stories and a password-protected admin with revenue stats, order status updates, a low-stock report and an inbox. The dark "Afterglow" design uses aurora gradients, glass surfaces and rich motion that degrades without JavaScript and respects reduced motion.
