About this project
A beauty and cosmetics online shop (Rosé & Co) built with plain PHP 8.2 and SQLite - no framework, no Composer packages and no build step. Shoppers browse by category, brand and collection, search with live suggestions, choose shades on product pages that list ingredients, warnings and usage, follow skincare routines and advice articles, and keep a wishlist. Prices, discounts, tax, delivery and stock are recomputed on the server when an order is placed; payment happens on a hosted page confirmed by a signed webhook, so card details never reach the shop. Stock is allocated first-expiry-first-out from batches, expired batches cannot be sold and unpaid orders release their stock after 30 minutes. The role-based admin (admin, editor, stock, support) covers a draft, review and publish product workflow that blocks medical-style claims and missing warnings, batch inventory with expiry alerts, orders and packing slips, returns and refunds, customers, promotions, review moderation and reports. It ships with CSRF protection, security headers, accessibility and performance audits and an automated test suite of 360+ checks.
