About this project
A vehicle sales marketplace built with plain PHP 8.2 and SQLite - no framework and no build step - for cars, SUVs, vans, motorcycles and commercial vehicles from several dealers. Buyers search and filter the inventory by make, model, price, year, mileage, fuel and body type, open listings with photo galleries and full specifications, compare vehicles side by side, save favourites and browse dealer pages. Every listing leads to an enquiry, test-drive booking, finance enquiry or trade-in valuation, with spam protection and confirmation emails. The back office gives agents, managers, finance staff and admins their own permissions: leads with assignment and notes, a test-drive schedule, vehicle editing with image management, bulk actions and CSV import, listing moderation, makes and models, dealers and staff, reports with export and an audit log. Dealer staff only ever see their own dealer's vehicles and leads. It ships with CSRF protection, login lockout, SEO-friendly listing URLs with sitemap and structured data, consent-based analytics and automated tests.
