About this project
A wholesale B2B ordering portal (Wholesale Supply) for fasteners, electrical, packaging, safety gear and tools, built with plain PHP and SQLite - no framework and no build step. Businesses apply for a trade account with company documents and are approved by staff before they see their prices. Approved buyers browse a catalogue with SKUs, pack sizes, minimum order quantities, lead times and certifications, see their own price list with quantity tiers, order fast by SKU with quick order, request and accept quotes, reorder from saved lists or past orders, and pay by card or on credit terms with invoices. Company owners invite colleagues with their own roles, and every company only ever sees its own data. The admin handles account approvals and customer groups, credit limits and holds, products with CSV import and export, price lists, quotes, orders, inventory, shipments, invoices and receivables, support notes, an audit log and reports, with optional CRM and ERP integrations. It ships with CSRF protection, rate limiting, private document storage, SEO structured data, consent-based analytics and automated tests.
